How can a local shop show its products online?

Choose a seller handle, publish one accurate listing for each product, and share your public seller page as the catalogue. Include photos, price, condition and available quantity for each new or used item, then mark listings sold or update stock as it changes.

Decide what belongs in the catalogue

Start with products you actually have available, whether you are a local shop, a reseller or an individual with several things to sell. Grouping them under one seller page makes it easier for a buyer to explore your catalogue, while each item still needs its own price, condition and description.

Separate new and used stock by stating the condition clearly. Include the brand, model or size, what comes with it, known faults and where a buyer can view or collect it. Do not publish private documents, home addresses or account details in a listing.

Publish one useful listing per product

Create a Flipns account and choose a handle for the public seller page. Add clear photos of the actual product, or paste a product link when that is useful, then review the assistant’s draft. Correct the title, specifications, condition and suggested price before publishing; the assistant can speed up the writing but cannot verify stock or hidden faults for you.

If you have multiple units of the same item, use the listing’s quantity instead of duplicating identical posts. For different colours, sizes or conditions, describe the variation buyers will receive. Listing is free, and a published item can appear in local browsing, search and the seller page.

Share the page and keep stock current

Share flipns.com/u/<handle> on a sign, receipt, WhatsApp status or message so a customer can browse your published products in one place. Buyers can open the page without an account; they sign in to message you about a specific listing or send an offer in chat.

Review the catalogue when stock changes. Reduce available quantity, mark an item sold or archive a listing when it is no longer available, and update prices or condition details when they change. The page gathers your published listings; Flipns does not process payment, arrange delivery or guarantee a sale.
