Cancellation & Refund Policy
Completed credit purchases are final, whether the credits are spent or unspent. This policy explains technical-failure remedies and the legal and app-store rights that still apply.

1. Scope
This policy covers Flipns credit purchases and the platform services bought with those credits. It forms part of the Terms of Service and is subject to the Market Terms.
2. Credits and local pricing
Credits are non-transferable units used only for eligible Flipns services, such as listing promotions and contact features. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, resold or used to pay another user. They have no universal currency conversion rate. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing.
The purchase screen shows the pack quantity, amount and currency, with applicable taxes or charges disclosed before confirmation. Prices and availability can differ by country, payment channel and app-store storefront. Your store or payment provider may apply its own conversion or bank charges. Feature costs and duration are shown before you spend credits; buying credits does not guarantee a sale or a particular number of views.
3. Final purchases: no change-of-mind refunds
We do not voluntarily refund a completed credit purchase because you changed your mind, bought the wrong pack, did not use the credits, used only some of them, stopped using Flipns or deleted your account. This applies to spent and unspent credits alike. There is no voluntary unused-credit refund window for purchases made under this policy.
Spending credits on a time-limited service starts the service for the duration shown. Stopping use does not itself create a refund entitlement. Turning off optional metered services stops future usage charges under the service settings; it does not reverse services already delivered.
This policy does not retrospectively remove a refund entitlement promised under the terms in force when an earlier purchase was made.
4. Failed transactions and technical faults
- Payment failed or remained pending: if no payment was captured, there is no captured payment for Flipns to refund. Pending authorisations and bank reversals follow the payment provider’s processing times. Check the transaction status before paying again.
- Charged but credits missing: use the purchase recovery option where available, or contact support with your transaction reference. We check the provider record and either deliver the credits or arrange the appropriate payment reversal.
- Duplicate charge, incorrect debit or our technical failure: we investigate and correct the record, restore credits, supply the undelivered service or arrange a monetary remedy as appropriate. Where the law requires a particular remedy, that right takes priority.
Provide your account identifier, transaction reference, date, amount, currency and a description of the problem. Never send passwords, OTPs, full card details or identity documents unless specifically requested through an approved secure process. Contact contact@flipns.com or Settings → Help & support.
5. Payment channels and app stores
Apple handles App Store refund requests through Report a Problem. Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play’s refund rules and the applicable developer support process. Those providers may grant remedies under their own rules. Direct-payment refunds, when due, normally return to the original payment method; settlement timing depends on the provider and bank.
When a payment is refunded or reversed, the corresponding purchased credits or benefits may be removed to prevent duplicate value. This does not remove unrelated purchases or any mandatory remedy. We continue to support receipt recovery and corrections for existing purchases even if new purchases in your country become unavailable.
6. Mandatory rights come first
Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including remedies for faulty or undelivered digital services, unauthorised charges, or an applicable statutory withdrawal right. EEA and UK consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Any exception for immediate digital supply depends on the contract and the required prior express consent and acknowledgement; purchasing or spending credits alone does not establish that exception.
A country can remain unavailable for paid services until its checkout, disclosures, tax treatment and consumer-rights process are ready. These terms do not claim that every market is open.
